How We Do It
Our process is simple with very little sweat equity on the part of the homebuilder. We make it easy for you to partner with us.
Schedule a meeting with one of National Marketing Directors for a face-to-face meeting or a web conference to discuss the program.
Sign our Publishing Agreement, approve our Introductory Letter that is sent to your trade-partners and complete a Vendor List.
Meet with our Account Executive assigned to work on your project exclusively upon their arrival to your marketplace. Verbally support their efforts and agree to meet them for mid and post project updates.
Send us Photography of the homes that you would like showcased in your publication. Complete a brief questionnaire so that we may write the copy for your brochure. Include customer testimonials and/or any awards or recognition you’ve received in your community.
Revise and approve the proofs sent to you by one of our award winning Graphic Designers who is assigned exclusively to your project.
We will print and ship 1500 copies of your publication and provide you with the digital file that can be posted to your website and/or downloaded to a tablet. All the sponsors will receive a hotlink to their respective websites (including cooping manufacturers). The entire digital file is interactive.
